What We Do

Upon the completion and submission of your form, a senior trainer from our team will promptly dispatch a confirmation email. Subsequently, a consultation will be scheduled for a mutually convenient future date. During this consultation, our trainer will conduct a thorough assessment regarding your health, exercise history, and fitness aspirations. Based on this evaluation, we will discern an achievable fitness plan. Following this, a tailored recommendation for one of our three highly qualified personal trainers will be provided, ensuring alignment with your specific fitness goals.

Following the initial consultation, your designated trainer will create a personalized fitness regimen tailored to realize your desired goals. For enhanced guidance, Run Buddy offers two distinct service plans, both of which grant you the opportunity to engage in regular check-ins with your trainer. These check-ins serve as a platform to assess your fitness advancements and fine-tune future updates to align your evolving goals. Additionally, your assigned trainer will provide valuable insights into your workout form through constructive reviews, offering strategic suggestions to optimize the efficacy of your exercise routine.
