For enhanced guidance, Run Buddy offers two distinct service plans, both of which grant you the opportunity to engage in regular check-ins with your trainer. These check-ins serve as a platform to assess your fitness advancements and fine-tune future updates to align your evolving goals. Additionally, your assigned trainer will provide valuable insights into your workout form through constructive reviews, offering strategic suggestions to optimize the efficacy of your exercise routine.
